Important informations
We will require you to present the credit / debit card that you have made reservation with, upon checkin. This is specially needed for prepaid reservations. If this will not be done, the payment will have to be processed with a card that you will have with you again and the initial payment will be credited back to your card.
Groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of 50 GBP/person

Late check in fee of 30 GBP for arrivals after midnight
Late check in fee of 20 GBP for arrivals after 21:00

Check-in time from: 15:00-22:00. Check-out by 11:00 am.
Check-in after 22:00 takes place at 6 Union Street, London, SE1 1SZ .
Accepted payment methods:
VISA, Mastercard, Visa Electron are subject to a surcharge of 2.1%. Other cards are subject to a surcharge of 4.2%. Amex or Maestro cards are not accepted. Cash payments are also accepted.
Please, bring a photocopy of a picture ID of the person in whose name the reservation was made, and of any person paying by credit card.
During your check in you:
a) fill in our guest form,
b) facilitate the outstanding payment
c) provide us with your credit card details OR leave a cash deposit of 150 GBP to cover any possible damage that might be incurred to the apartment or its contents during your stay. In case you choose to leave a deposit, it is refunded after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage.
d) only upon payment you receive the keys to your apartment.

Apologies to our normal guests but this must be said because we have recently had MANY problems with guests using our apartments as a party venue. Unfortunately we have to be strict in this case. We cannot allow any disturbance of the neighbors as the building is residential. We have to be VERY STRICT.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED WITHIN THE RENTED PROPERTY nor disturbing the peace.
Even a bit of late night rowdy drinking leads to many headaches for us and up to a £5000 fine for noise violation. If we receive a complaint or the police are called with good reason you will have to be asked to leave without a refund and we will not be returning your deposit. We want you to have fun, but please go and do it outside. London is a big place. Enjoy it.

Cancelation Policy
We try to be as flexible as possible but when our guests cancel at the last minute it inevitably causes us losses. For this reason we recommend all guests who come from afar to take out cancellation insurance to cover the risk of bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. Below are our maximum charges which could be debited from your credit card. How to avoid these charges? Please don’t cancel Note also we may consider partially crediting your cancellation fees toward another booking. Please ask about this possibility if you find yourself in this unfortunate situation.
Bookings for 1 apartment for less than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (or 15 GBP in the UK)
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
Bookings for 2 or more apartments or for more than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first month, after a one-month stay a 14 – day notice applies.
In rare cases apartments can become no longer available after a booking has been made. This might happen for varying reasons from water damage to unscheduled building works. In this case we will attempt to reaccommodate our guests in suitable accommodation of our own at a price equivalent to the original agreed. In the case our own accommodation is not available we will not be held responsible for any extra costs the client bears over and above the original price agreed in securing alternative accommodation. In the case re-accommodation is impossible we issue a full refund. Once the payment for the apartment has been made, the client defaults his right to any refund in cases where he leaves before the agreed period.
Please note:
- Reduction of number of guests or of number of nights, will be subject to a 20 euro (or 15 GBP in the UK) administration fee. The changes must be advised prior to your arrival. If you reduce the number of nights or of guests between 7 days prior to your arrival and the arrival – recalculation of price is not possible. This doesn’t apply for reservations for more than 10 days and for 2 or more apartments. In such case, reduction of nights will equal a cancellation of booking.
- Especially for shorter bookings (1-4 nights) or in absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit for the same or smaller price.
